For individuals aged 16 yrs (by December 31st) or older who are interested in developing their skills and experience in food handling and preparation for campers and staff in a residential camp setting. Candidates should be flexible and able to learn quickly on their feet while being able to follow instructions, schedules. Some independent work required.

Working as part of our kitchen staff provides unique opportunities to greatly further your skills in the food industry through proper food handling and preparation techniques. At Camp Vincent, our kitchen staff skillfully prepares three meals per day and a snack for nearly 150 people! The process is challenging, but most definitely rewarding in terms of the experience gained!
