Working as part of our kitchen staff provides unique opportunities to greatly further your skills in food handling and preparation, as well as your skills in leadership. At Camp Vincent, our kitchen staff skillfully prepares three meals per day and a snack for nearly 150 people! The process is challenging, but most definitely rewarding in terms of the experience gained!
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the nutrition team, managing daily kitchen operations, and meal planning, food ordering, and meal preparation. Prior experience and/or education in the food industry through leadership and management is a requirement. Other experience in leadership and/or management is considered a strong asset
