For individuals aged 18 yrs or older (by July 1st) who are interested in expanding the experience of over 700 children of varying ages through nature programming, archery, characters, and immersive themes. Knowledge and experience in an Ontario Camps Association (OCA) accredited camp. Must have Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C. NLS an asset.
This individual should be creative, open-minded, energetic, outgoing, and have a passion for children, imaginative planning, and experience \ comfort interacting with a variety of children in a variety of different situations. The applicant should also be comfortable handling various behavioural issues relating to children, as well a various issues and situations relating to staff.

We are searching for an individual with a passion for nature, archery, night games, staff mentoring, and the general interaction with children through themes, characters, and storylines! If you enjoy any of the above and are interested in learning and expanding your knowledge with all of the above, you may be the perfect candidate!
This position requires someone who has sufficient experience and comfort working with small and large groups of children in an unsupervised outdoor settings. Experience and current enrollment in or completion of a program relating to teaching, outdoor programming, or children in smaller\larger groups is considered a strong asset. The candidate should have sufficient experience in group management, basic behavioural management, and leadership with both children and other staff. This position is considered a supervisory role within our camp setting.
