PAYMENTS
All camp fees must be paid in full and received by our head office no later than two weeks prior to the start of the registered camp date. If registering with less than two weeks prior to the start of the chosen date, camp fees must be paid in full before a spot can be secured.

REFUNDS
If cancelling two weeks prior or more prior to the start of the chosen camp date, we will refund the full amount paid to date, less a $25.00 administrative fee. If cancelling one week prior or more, we will refund the full amount paid to date less the $100.00 deposit. If cancelling less than one week prior, we are unable to provide a refund. No refunds will be issued after the start of the camp session.

WAITING LIST
​If you wish to register your child for a session that is currently full, you may request to place your child on a waiting list. If we have any cancellations one week prior or more, we will approach the waiting list on a first-come, first-serve basis, regardless of age. If, however, cancellations occur less than one week prior, we are required to approach our waiting list based on age first, then by first-come, first-serve basis. This allows us to keep our cabin assignments sorted appropriately by age (cabin assignments are created the week before each camp session). Example: If a child who is approximately 12 years old cancels their session, they can only be replaced by a child of approximately the same age. After this condition is met, we proceed on a first-come, first-serve basis based on those applications that meet this criteria.

​CAMPER CODE OF CONDUCT
(1) To adhere to the rules of Camp Vincent (St. Vincent de Paul Camp) explained on the first day of camp.
(2) To respect myself, my fellow campers, the camp staff, the facilities, and the environment.
(3) That there is a Zero-Tolerance policy toward physical and verbal aggression and the possession of cigarettes, drugs, alcohol, weapons, and any other inappropriate materials. 
While we make every effort possible to ensure that each camper has a successful experience at camp, campers violating these rules will be sent home prior to the end of their session. Unfortunately, there is no refund under these circumstances.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site.  We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you.  We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.  We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. contact to third-party funding for camp registration.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. 

Photos and Media ​

Throughout the summer, Camp Vincent takes various pictures, videos, and other media of campers. On your child’s registration form, there is a section to indicate media permissions. You may choose one of the following options: Allow us to use media of your child to promote the camp (posting on the website, our facebook group, our brochures, etc), Allow us to use media of your child with restrictions (you specificy the restrictions you wish us to abide by), or you may choose to Not Allow us to use any media of your child in any way. We take great care to ensure parents’ wishes regarding media of their child is respected and that no media is made public portraying children whose parents do not wish it. Photos and videos will likely still be taken of these children in order to maintain the experience and not exclude them, but they will not be made public. Camp Vincent and her staff take this very seriously. If you feel an image has been made public and should not be, please contact us immediately.
Your Access to and Control Over InformationYou may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:
• See what data we have about you, if any.
• Change/correct any data we have about you.
• Have us delete any data we have about you.
• Express any concern you have about our use of your data. 

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
